Reporting a conversion problem
Include the browser and version, operating system, input extension, approximate file size, selected output and settings, and the exact error message. Please do not attach private or sensitive source files. If a sample is necessary, reproduce the problem with a non-sensitive test file you have permission to share.
Privacy and legal requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” or “Legal notice” so the message can be identified quickly. Day2DayFile has no user accounts or server-side file store, so it cannot retrieve converted files or a conversion history.
